Excellent product. It is healing my dog’s dry palms of paws and dry nose.

Great for keeping nose tissue soft and other uses.
Love this, I have been using it for many years. The small can is nice to keep close by for ease of use. I often smooth it in my nose to soften up dried mucus and keep my nose moist.

Bag Balm is da bomb!
This is a product that has been used in my home for the last 50 years. Works wonderfully well for all sorts of scrapes, burns, skin softening and general lubrication of skin. Loved it 50 years ago and love it still. It's really handy too to carry the 1 oz wee tin in your purse as well.

Works great to restore severely chapped hands, but.....
My S.O. is an essential employee who works with the public. Between the extra hand washing and sanitizer, her hands were chapped, cracked, and bleeding. Bag Balm really helped heal her hands. She's been using it regularly and it keeps them from chapping and cracking. Her hands are a pretty oily immediately after application and It takes a little while to soak in. For effectiveness I give it 5 stars! But that smell.... It smells just like a brand new vinyl shower curtain. You know that smell when you take a brand new vinyl shower curtain out of the package after you buy it? That's what it smells like. She didn't care about the smell, her hands hurt. The smell was a small inconvenience for healed hands.

Bag balm is the best skin treatment out there. It smells funny but who cares when it doing what it's supposed to do.

It works but be prepared
This product works. I have very tough callousses (sp?)that I felt would never go away. In fact, my husband gave me a foot massage early in our dating days and marvelled, "you can't even feel this can you," as he pressed his thumb into my heel. That was the beginning of our brutally honest yet loving relationship. BUT back to the bag balm ... it's what you would expect from a petroleum based product. It's greasy, a bit messy and has a POWERFUL (medicinal) scent. I can look beyond all of that, though, because it WORKS! My feet are SOFT! The deep cracks and peeling have stopped. STOPPED! It's 👏 wonderful. Not too long ago Mr. Wessels had a crack in his heel too. This fixed it. Kinda funny to think that a product called Bag Balm made me feel like I have sexy feet now, but so be it.
