Great book, beautifully written.

A great translation of Plutarch into English. An interesting account of not only the character of Alexander but of other historical figures as well, including Demosthenes, the most famous orator of the ancient world.

Excellent study of people; life, love, ambitions and death. A good insight into "know thy self". Recommend reading for anyone interested in self improvement.
