i never write reviews but this stuff works! i’m on my second bottle and honestly am concerned i’m using it TOO much, but because it’s natural ingredients and herbs i feel so much better about it, this stuff really makes me feel happy and relaxed- i normally don’t do well with ashwagandha but in this tincture im totally fine. i drink this when im out and wanna drink but not actually drink, and it honestly puts me in a better mood than my friends who are drinking! highly recommend- the taste is awful so i mix it with club soda and lime or flavored electrolytes

I was going through a bout of depression. I am not sure how much was situational and how much was chemical, but I just couldn't shake it. I use natural remedies for nearly every ailment, and have used similar products before when I have felt depressed. I tired other remedies I had around the house, but wasn't really getting relief so I ordered this. It helped the very first dose, which I did not expect. I take one dropperful in a small amount of water each morning and sometimes an additional dropperful in the afternoon, depending on my mood. It has helped me go from not wanting to get out of bed to face the day to a very balanced attitude. Crying everyday to feeling braver, happier and more capable. I love herbs and natural remedies. No side effects. Take as needed without withdrawal effects if skipping a dose. Worth a try if you are down or struggling with mood.

Works really well. I feel more relaxed, less stressed and anxious. I have a little more energy and focus. This stuff tastes TERRIBLE, and if taken as directed on a daily basis, it's a little expensive for the amount in the little bottle. So, excellent formula, decent but not great value. If it didn't taste so darn bad, I would totally give it 5 stars!

i have been using this tincture for over a year. I will often use it during my monthly period week where I get more moody and it helps calm my nerves and make me more calm overall.

This product works well just Choose your own dosage, the back of the bottle says 30-40 drops 3 times a day. Over 12 drops caused me extreme headaches. I only used It once A day when needed and used 10-12 drops no more than that

I have problems sleeping and I bought this to see if it would help me sleep and it does. A lot of my problems with sleep is that I wake up multiple times and then when I try to go back to sleep I feel achy or anxious or just can't relax and fall asleep for some reason. If I put a dropper full of this in my mouth and hold it as long as I can I seem to relax almost immediately and fall back to sleep. I will also take it during the day sometimes if I am feeling anxious.
