The delivery crew would NOT put it in the house. They said the box was too big to go thru the doorway and they could not UNBOX it because of liability. They put it in the garage where it sat for two days until we could gather four able body men to carry it into the house. The half page of directions that came with the couch were not much help but we did figure out what wire to plug into where. However, it would be helpful for an explanation of what each switch does without trial and error to find out.The couch is very comfortable, and very nice looking. I am very pleased with it. I am worried that the switches on each arm will break and I don't know who to call for repair. It would be helpful to know dealer in our area who will fix it when necessary.

comfort and quality the electronic is very sensitive

I do not recommend this sofa. I bought it in October 2019. In December 2019, the electronics broke on one of the foot rests so it remains in the up position and only does down while holding the button. I had to have someone hold the button in the down position while unplugging it to be able to continue to use the sofa. In June of this year, I noticed the fabric starting to go thin and holes began to appear. I had to start covering the seat to protect it from more holes. Now, in September 2020, the middle seat caved in just from putting my hand down to readjust my position. This sofa is less than a year old and it needs to be replaced because it is just broken in too many ways. All of this is from a household with two adults and no children that do not abuse their furniture.

This is a very nice couch. The only thing I wish was that the controls would have been put on the outside rather than inside chair. I will accidentally hit the auto button and it will start putting it into whatever saved position I had it in. That's slightly annoying. Other than that it's definitely a good buy.

This is a great sofa well built. Very comfortable with two small issues that would not make me return it.First I will go over the good since its the majority, the build quality feels good very well built. The motors are good and the controls are great. The center dash is awesome but for one issue, the Qi charging pad is surrounded by padded upholstery which pushes any phone higher than the charging pad so you have to push it down and hope the padding does not push it back up. The rest of the sofa is great, the USB ports work great and the power connection is convenient.Now for the two miner issues, one is that the padding on the head rests are fuller than the back rest so your head is pushed forward more than your back so your neck hurts after a while. To address the issue I just use a small back pillow.Second is that the base is one whole piece and moving it into a small room with a hallway was almost impossible, had to stand it upright then swing it in from bottom, it was an adventure to get in. This will not be an issue if you will be setting it on a living room or larger room.Ordered from HT Outlet, was missing a part and they shipped it within a few days. Great customer service.

instead of a built in wiring harness they cheaped out and added no less than 4 separate plugs that need to be constantly plugged in. so buy an extension cord with atleast 4 outlets, that can fit underneath your couch because the plugs on this couch are short, and i mean really short, unless your couch is backed up directly against an outlet (and that outlet has 4 receptacles) so you definitely need surge protector.the material seems shoddy, they just stuffed the cushions with stuffing which will compress over time, you cant control the back independently from the legs, the wireless charger is recessed in an area thats too small for most phones, the hand controls and USB hookups are on the inside of the arm of the couch which is extremely uncomfortable. and if youre over 5' 9" forget about sitting in this thing comfortably as the headrest is so low it hits your shoulders pushing them forward. its not a natural sitting position. ontop of that its much much heavier than even the old pullout bed couches, this weight mixed with the 4 separate plugins makes it near impossible to move easily for carpet cleaning.i say hard pass. this is a 600$ chinese built couch passed off as real furniture for triple the price.

Controls short (shock you) and fail in 18 months. Customer service won't respond to multiple attempts to reach them. A complete waste of money.

I've always wanted a recliner but my wife wanted a fabric couch and finds recliners bulky. This couch met both our needs. Super comfortable seats, high-performance fabric, not too bulky with enough seating space for 3 people. Fabric is soft and the grid pattern on it makes it look elegant.Drop-down center console, memory option that remembers your previous recline settings are all convenient features. Power headrest is perfect for watching TV. Overall, the piece looks and feels expensive and elegant and more importantly extremely comfortable.Only con is that the couch is very heavy ~320 pounds. So moving from garage to living room took 3 of us.
