This wrap is great for any small limb injury. I had a foot surgery that that help to wrap the ice on the surgical site. Also works out well if my small child hurts a finger or something so they dont necessarily have to sit still with ice. Good price and makes it easier to have ice applied somewhere you dont have to hold in place plus helps keep the ice pack close to the injury. You can adjust thw belt to any size needed with the velcro.

WOW! This helps me pinpoint the pain location without a bunch of bulk (like a boot). More direct cold contact (make sure to wear a thin-ish sock underneath). Fractured the second metatarsal in my foot and regular ice packs wouldn’t stay on the spot I wanted it to. What a compact and convenient alternative! So easy to roll up and put in the freezer, and a two pack is really all you need when rotating them. So glad I found this product! I hope to not break anything else but at least I know I have this for other types of injuries.

These packs are good quality and seem to work well. Lots of Velcro which makes positioning easy. The actual “ice” pack is very small, smaller than anticipated. Doesn’t freeze hard and doesn’t stay cold long because they are really small.

Good concept but the gel warms up pretty quick if you have hot feet or hands. I stuck it in the freezer before using.

My husband and I both have plantar fasciitis pretty bad. We work in a machine shop and are walking on concrete all day. We have tried everything from compression socks to night splints, shiatsu massagers to orthotics. Everything helps a bit, but i had no idea how well cold therapy would help. My feet hurt so bad yesterday and nothing was helping, not even aspercreme. I thought i should try these cold packs, i had them in the basement deep freeze for a week and forgot about them. I used them on both feet for 45 minutes and it alleviated my pain almost completely. They stay plenty cold for therapy, they aren't supposed to keep beer cold in a cooler. The 20" straps are a bit long for me, but they'll work. I just ordered the NatraCure 4" Circle Gel Cold Pack - 5 Pack to take to work and use on my feet during lunch. Love it, thanks!

I can’t give these a high enough rating . They are great. I have to wear a thin pair of socks when I first put on as they are to cold, after a few minutes I take the socks off. I do suggest putting in freezer with the blue side out or they take a while to freeze. I use daily so I need them FROZEN every night .

I bought the long 2 pack for my neck. It stays cold enough to relieve my pain for Dr. recommended 10-20 minutes.If you need longer time simpIy swap out for second pack. I added microfiber cloth and used the velcro to attach it to be long enough to wrap around my neck and hold securely against my skin. Product appears to be durable. This is the perfect size to concentrate cold therapy on side and back of neck. Happy with product.

This is my second set of these because I have used them so much that I wore out the Velcro on them lol! Eventually, they do end up leaking if you step on them like I did so don’t do that lol!
