Didn't like the mesh version as it was difficult to clean. This serves its purpose (drain pasta, fried food) and easier to clean.

Purchased to reheat left over pastas, and it works. Very sturdy and well made

I thought it was a lot smaller The height is fine. It is almost as wide as its height. But I will make it work because I could not find one smaller. Looks like the construction and what’s it’s made of is goid

Long handle and just the right size for me to deep fry 2 medium size potatoes (cut into halves) in a 4 qt saucepan. Larger fry baskets require more oil, whereas with this basket in a 4 qt saucepan, I save oil.Sometimes though, the perforations do get clogged up (with potato pieces that fall off) and that can make it dangerous to use - so, tap off residue between frys

I can fit two of these in my 10” pasta pot. Sure, they’d work better with one of the professional restaurant pasta pots, but those won’t fit on my current stove.These I can use to make individual servings of ramen noodles so I don’t have to eyeball how much each person gets. They wash easily and feel extremely sturdy. I was worried about the wood handles, but they take steam and hot water like a dream.

The handle had fallen off during shipping. Don't waste your money

Holding up great as a filter to filter out leaves and crud to my rain barrels. Definitely a sturdy strainer. Stainless seems to be holding up so far. No rust yet. Only a few months though.

This product was for my daughter - she was very pleased to receive it but hasn't had the opportunity to use it yet as she received it only several days ago.
