This massage roller saved me from cyring day and night because I can't extract enough milk for my LO for a month. I was hitting my breast at one point because I know it's filled with so much milk and he was just losing weight. He wasn't latching good. I tried warm compress while pumping and nothing happened. But with this roller, everything went so well. LO is 6 months and a half now and still providing him breastmilk:) Cons: using it constantly directly on my skin gave me rashes. July 8, 2020 Update: this is my 2nd roller. I only used it for 1 month and it broke already. My 1st one lasted more than 5 months and i used it a lot. This 2nd one seems to be flimsy. This tool is a must have for breastfeeding/pumping moms. I bought it during a time when I was suffering from a clogged duct and I’m so glad I did. It helped me clear and recover from the clogged duct so quickly. It’s also helping my milk supply recover in the affected breast and I’m pumping at least a half an ounce more per breast than I was prior to use. I was instructed by my lactation consultant to perform manual massage/breast compressions while pumping but the results I’ve seen from using this product have been WAY better. It feels nice on the skin and is super easy to use. We’re working on getting my little one on the breast and using this during those sessions helps speed up my let down immensely and keeps him from getting too frustrated and keeps him nursing. All in all I am so so happy with this product!

I love it! I have been using this for 2 days. I also ordered the lactation massagers. While those were charging, I went ahead and used the roller for my pumping session and I saw an immediate increase in how much milk I was able to get out. It’s easier and faster and more effective than a hand massage. When I use it with the lactation massagers, I get 1-1.5oz more than I was getting before. Both products are doing a lot to help empty my breasts and make the most out of limited pumping sessions! If the lactation massagers are too pricey (they are expensive but in my opinion it was worth it) I definitely think getting this roller is a great alternative. It works very well and is small enough for my pumping bag.

After about 2 weeks postpartum, I got one clogged milk duct, then next thing you know.. I had so many clogs. I was advised by every health care professional and the internet to massage and use heat and drain, but using my hands was so tiring and ineffective. I went on 2 different antibiotics, helping the clogs, but the only way to really get them out, was by manual compression and kneading. My sister bought me this roller about a month ago and after the first use I was amazed. My breasts felt softer and less lumpy. I was able to drain faster and stimulate the milk production. I still had to use my arm power but it was less strain than it was to do it with my hands. I really like the fact that it has two balls, due to the fact that when you press down, the clogs can move left or right, so having more surface area covered with this product helped. I still have one large clog in the outer lower portion of my breast tissue (which is really awkward to reach), but other than that, I have been able to loosen the deep clogs and breastfeed/pump it out. It also works out the superficial clogs really well. But..... just the other day, it broke!!! I feel so dependent on this product because it has helped me so much with emptying my breasts and the clogs that would appear if I take a little longer than usual to empty. I bought another one recently, but I wished that it was a little more durable for the amount of pressure I need to apply to get the stubborn clogs out. I actually like this so much, I am now incorporating this product with all my friends baby shower gifts. Overall I definitely recommend.

As a first time mom I was very aware of the struggles of breastfeeding. My milk did not come in until 3 days after birth . Let me tell you I never felt pain in my breast like that before they were hard as rocks and felt clogged in some parts. When I tell you after ordering and receiving this I did not waste any time putting these rollers to use. It relieved so much pressure and pain . It gets the job done for minimal time or effort. Love love love this product.

I absolutely loved this thing! I used it multiple times a day every day for six weeks until it broke. The handle part that attaches to the rollers is very flimsy and cheaply made. I know I need another one of these, but I’m hesitant to spend the money if it didn’t even last two months. Update: shortly after writing this review, the seller reached out to me and offered a full replacement for free. It came in a few weeks later. After daily used for a little over two months, I’m happy to report that it hasn’t broken again. Thank you we’re standing by your product and for replacing it. For that, I have increased by review from 1 star to 3 stars. I still feel that there is some faulty construction in the hook that holds the massage rollers.

Great item! Spoon and roller helped me unclogged ducts. This literally saved me from the discomfort and pain from the milk when I’m too full. Good material.

I don’t know if maybe I bought this used or what the product “newness” is but the box was ripped open already which made me skeptical to use. Anyway I really needed to drain my breasts because they were engorged so bad that I started to get fevers. This product was amazing and helped me to get a lot of milk and lumps out of my breasts so no more fevers and no more lumps. Also the milk production was amazing I was back to 5-6 oz per breast per pumping session which will all be stored since baby is primarily on the boob

Item is as described and it arrived on time. It helps with the flow of milk and get out the 'knots' or 'clumps' within the breast. The baby now feeds better.

Good quality roller, but they don't work in general. Heat packs & electric toothbrushes are preferable
