XXXXL = 20W
Keep in mind, ladies, this is MEANT to be snug. However, size XXXXL (the largest size available) is a reasonable equivalent of 20W. I am 5'10", 265 lbs, with disproportionately long arms and a short-ish torso (very long legs). The torso on this is long on me, and the arms are surprisingly long on me, too -- it is apparently proportioned for a very tall, broad man. Fortunately, the sleeves have small thumb loops at the end to keep the sleeves from riding up.This certainly fits snugly enough that it shows overall contours, but thick enough that it doesn't show minor lumpy bumps. This fabric is thick enough to provide some insulation in open water, and serves nicely as a thin wetsuit for people who carry their own bodily insulation and don't feel the need for extra buoyancy. I have broad shoulders, and this gives me a great range of motion for training for triathlons. It will also be a perfect wetsuit/rash guard for paddleboarding in the chilly Puget Sound on the 4th of July.

Good Snorkel Top
Works fine for snorkeling. I take a Large in just about all shirts and I ordered the XXL based on other reviews and it fits about right. I wanted a zipper for ease of putting on and removing between snorkels on dive boats. I would have preferred lycra but I couldn't find one with a zippered top. I have a full body rash guard/skin suit made of lycra and it fits much smoother for free/surface diving (drag) which probably doesn't matter anyway because I'm not diving to any great depth.

Love this product!
My wife says this rash guard seems a size small when putting on, however it is larger when wet. Since it zips, it can also be used as a jacket. We purchased the same rashguard in 2 different sizes, waiting for the larger one. Great fabric!

fits its purpose
I bought this just for added warmth when doing PT in a therapy pool. I wear it as a top. I'm 5'9", 135 lbs and ordered a medium. It's not snug but the arms are a little shorter than I'd like, above the wrist, so I wouldn't go smaller. Easy to maintain. I went ahead and ordered two more. Shipping was prompt.

Fit, look, comfort
I am 5' 0" and 130 lbs. (yeah, I could shed 10 lbs. or so. I normally wear medium shirts. I got this in a large first but traded down to a medium - so true to fit for me. Snug enough without showing my "rolls" too much. I like that I can unzip the front a bit - for when I'm out of the water, looks nice. 5 stars for fit, comfort, look. I'll add more when I get it in the water. Just looking to be slightly warmer when snorkling.

Big Mistake.
This thing is terrible. My husband said it looked like I was in a squirrel suit. The sleeves are ridiculously short and there is enough room in each armpit for me shove a hand towel on each side. I have slightly broad shoulders and big arms for a women. I'm 5'9 and 135 lbs and ordered a small. It is so abnormally fit that I am not sure they even designed it for a human. Also it is made out of really cheap material. I bought this last minute and it arrived right before I went on vacation. Not only did I NOT get to have the luxury of a rash guard on my trip (my fault for buying it last minute) but by the time I got back from my trip, the return period had ended so I now I just have a $30 squirrel suit sitting in my closet.

Fits really weird :(
This thing fits super weird. Armpit hole is WAY too big. The garment itself is so long it could almost be a one piece, so when you try to wear it the way it’s supposed to it gets all bunched up. But I guess it gets the job done 🤷♀️ The neck hole is also VERY large so it doesn’t fit right when zipped up

This is the perfect solution. She can swim in the heat of ...
Bought this for my mother for Christmas. She is 85 and loves to swim, but has lots of trouble with skin cancers. This is the perfect solution. She can swim in the heat of the day and she is protected from the damage of the sun. I had one myself but it was a pull-over and it was so difficult to pull off and on. This one zips down the front, so it's easy to use. I ended up getting one for myself too.
