does it hold A4 suspension files?

It will take A4 folders and lever arch files but not hole the actual suspension files from a suspension filing system. If you mean the actual suspension system files with the metal bits that run through, these are too long. Hope this helps. they are a bit flimsy too, but if just using for file storage and not to be moved about, they are fine.
