I LIKE THE NEW SHOULDER BOLT DESIGN INSTEAD OF METRIC NUT ON SPINDLE SHAFT THE NUTS SEEMED TO STRIP THREADS AFTER MANY INSTALLS

Low quality replacement.
It is very cheap. It is easy to strip the shoulder bolt therefore you cannot torque it very much, and if you neglect to do this, you run the risk of the bolt and blade falling off somewhere in the field.
