Works great! I have a Shinmaya pump and this is the only back-flow adapter that has really worked. Easy to install. I’ve been through many. Recommend this one. 5 stars!! Thanks!

The custom sizeable pipe design is wonderful!
Fits right on the pump inside the skimmer and prevents backflow from the Atlantic Water Gardens filter falls when the pump is turned off for filter cleaning. Allows the skimmer to be drained without refilling from the backflow, and also prevents the skimmer from overflowing. The custom sizeable pipe design is wonderful!

Looks great, haven't installed yet
Have not installed yet so I cannot speak for in functionality, but came very well packed and appears to be very well made. Will be pairing up with my Jebao pond pump as soon as it warms up

This worked!
This is a beefy flapper valve that really performs. I get no discernible loss in flow or pressure (unlike with spring type backflow preventers, which can foul quickly in a pond application. The kit is very adaptable to a range of applications and well engineered as well as fully equipped. Mounting the valve on top of the pump, I was able to keep the total height just under 21" to fit into the vault with an inch to spare. The video shows the results with this valve on an 8000GPM pump, hidden in its vault under the bottom "pond" layer of stone. The fountain is on a separate 2100GPH pump directly underneath.
