The picture shown here is not the grater. At any rate, the grater I received was used to zest lemons and it works like a charm. Sturdy, grates an entire lemon in no time at all. Highly recommend!

we use zester for shredding cheese. Very easy to clean, convenient to use than the regular narrower zesters, we rinse it under the tap and soap using a skotch brite
