After reading many of the product reviews I was pretty hesitant about buying this but decided to anyway try since it is covered by Amazon return policy. I am happy that I was not disappointed. I had purchased this along with Faber chimney and the very next day of delivery I got a call from Faber installation person who promptly setup both the appliances. It is important to note that there is a particular way in which the burners need to to be setup failing which they don’t work properly and could also damage the stove. This and other care instructions were explained in detail by Faber technician. The overall build quality is very good and there have been no problems with the auto ignition mechanism despite some occasional spills. The finish of the knobs could have been slightly better but for the price there is nothing to complain. Another thing I notice is the brass burners do grey out after use but one needs to keep in mind this is an appliance not jewelry. Overall I feel this was good value for money and Faber seems to have corrected the issues with service because I had a pretty good experience. .

Wish i could give zero stars... pls don't buy. I bought this & I'm repenting now... Within 10months of purchase the knob line & burners is not working... And now comes the best part or shud i say worst part.. i called & placed a complaint for which they took a month to visit. U will have to pay 400rs for visiting charges even if it's under 1yr warranty.. Next they said they will replace the parts but now another month has gone by still not done.. If u call up to the assigned service person they will talk to u like Rowdies.. They talk as if they are doing a favour by speaking to u... Further if u press they will shout at u & cut the line.. Take my word u will repent if u buy this..

Overall product and heat is good. But unfortunately I got a piece in which one of the burner is not good. So, I returned the product, except than that everything is good
