I love her unique leaf designs
Yoko Saito's book is fabulous! Her designs are very different than any others on the market. I love her unique leaf designs. The details are amazing! I have not started a project from this book yet, but plan to when my current project is finished. I feel this is her best book yet! Her color selection too is very unique. It is very subtle, which is pretty.

Beautifully Photographed Directions
This is by far the best written book by Ms Saito. The directions are so much better. One could really start to make the projects. It is step by step, Again it is so beautifully photographed. Yoko Saito is a true treasure.
While I am not sure when or if I will make the items in the book it is wonderful eye candy. The items are very detailed and the book has incredible instructions to make everything. I am so impressed with all of her books. loved it..

Lovely Book!
Beautiful projects! Every one of her books helps me better understand the theory behind combining the Japanese taupes. However, if you buy only one of her books, it must be Yoko Saito's Japanese Taupe Color Theory: A Study Guide. Then, add this one to your collection!

This is a beautiful book. The basic instructions how to applique is clear and the projects can be used many different ways. It's hard to know where to start...pick a favorite and go from there.

Best book I have purchased
I just love this book. I have three of her books this one is my favorite. Well written, but not for the beginning sewer without help from an experienced sewer. I will purchase more of her books.

Love this book
Am happy I bought this particular Yoko Saito book.....the subject matter of the projects is exactly "up my alley" so to speak. Thankful I was able to find it on Amazon.

I have several books by this author and love them all. I finally decided to buy this one but it arrived without the pattern sheets. I'm experienced in most aspects of sewing but Yoko Saito's appliqué patterns are not easy to follow without the paper patterns and are necessary for her bags. Sadly I had no other choice but to return the book and was fully reimbursed.
