The stool is TERRIBLE. Barely any padding so can feel every fixture. Hydraulics do not go as high as advertised so no good as a beauticians stool. These stools are aimed for those who suffer with back issues but unfortunately because it’s not of the correct angle it has made my back worse. Customer service for this product is not overly helpful and appear to not be responding to my latest email in trying to return this item for refund.

First of all it came missing parts. The seller refunded me a couple of £ to buy the parts myself. Couldn’t get anything to fit and then I was using the chair to do work at my desk and the whole thing gave way.Now I’m the bin where it belongs.AVOID

First impressions are not good. Chair legs arrived broken. I bought another chair that looks quite similar (but not exactly the same) from another vendor, with no problems. I wonder if it's a quality issue

Notas stable or sturdy as I had hoped. Wheel base not wide enough to be adequately stable. A wider base would bean immense gain in stability.

So awful!So unstable! Wheels are like bambi on ice. Wobbly. Bent backrest. Truly the worst product I’ve purchased here. Too late to return so in the bin it goes. Awful.

Poorly made, a part was broken, doesn’t fit correctly in to the seat, the seat kept coming off.
