Replaced my old one
I purchased an identical replacement to my old one that went bad due to condensation in the housing. Make sure you hook up the heater, even when you don't think you need it. It burns off any water that somehow manages to get in.

Do not purchase
I received it July 9th. It has stopped working It's 5 months old. Keeps getting water inside the plastic we're always having to do something to get the gate to work or wait for the water to dry up.Do not purchase. I would have thought it would have had at least six months or a year's warranty.It did not.

Works with my liftmaster
Most liftmasters starter kits come with one sensor but require two to work. This one works!

Replacement photo eye for our gates.
This purchase was to replace our photo eye on our gate that had quit working. When we removed the old one, we discovered it had gotten water in the unit, which caused the failure. This replacement supposedly has a heater inside to prevent this from happening in the future. It was easy to replace the old eye, but the directions to hook up the new wiring were very poor.
