Taggies Super Soft Baby Mat, Molasses Sloth , 31 x 23-Inches

Molasses Sloth is a totally adorable rattle that will serve multiple needs as your baby grows. I have bought my grandchildren many Taggies items and they are all great quality and some of the most loved toys. I've found myself playing with the tags before giving the gift. There is something very soothing about playing with tags. The tags never have unraveled and stay in perfect shape to pass down to the next sibling. You can't go wrong with Mary Meyers Taggie products. Her non-Taggie products are also great. Very soft stuffed animals for older children too!

My little one is at the age where he wants to put everything in his mouth! This is an great toy for him because it has the soft, plush animal part and the silicone for different textures. The silicone is a good round shape and easy for his little hands to grab. I've washed it several times in the washing machine with his clothes, perminate press cycle but will hang dry. This is how I wash all his toys that have some type of cloth or stuffed animal material. It washes up very well this way. My only complaint is the price. I think it should less, or come with an additional toy for the price paid. Still, I would recommend.

When we first bought the Sloth my son was not really interested. But then one day something clicked and he's in love. This lives in the car and he grabs for him as soon as I set him down in his carseat. He turns six months tomorrow and there's no sign of teeth but he likes to chomp, particularly on circle shaped things. So the ring the sloth holds is perfect for this. He also really loves stuffed animals in contrast to my first born. So he sits happily in his carseat chewing the ring and petting the "fur" of this toy. He's less enthused by the tags. He, happily plays with tags on furniture, clothing, blankets, etc. but not these. Whatever.I haven't washed this yet but I suspect it'll do just fine in the machine. I put toys like this in a garment bag, washi with soft things like towels or pj's then tumble dry on lower heat (super high heat can make the fur funky sometimes) and they usually turn out just fine. If not, this was inexpensive enough, and beloved enough I'd be happy to replace it.

We got this for our daughter at 6 months. Going on 9 months, and six teeth later, she still loves it. She loves playing with the tags, which is of course the point of Taggies.I personally love sloths, so I couldn't pass up this adorable toy. Glad my daughter approved.It is machine washable on gentle cycle and seems to be holding up well after several washes. We put it in a delicates bag when washing, and air dry of course.

My son has a sloth security blanket that he absolutely loves, so when I came across this, I had to get it! It’s super cute and soft. My son has reached the stage of wanting to play and suck on tags, so he absolutely loves this toy because of the tags and the teething ring he can hold onto while sucking on the tags. Great toy!

This is such a sweet lovey. I bought this for my son because he is infatuated with tags. I thought he would instantly love this with it having so many tags. However, out of all the tags on this sloth he only likes the manufacturer’s tag. Despite this little hiccup, Molasses the sloth (more commonly known in our home as Mo Mo) has become his bestie and confidant. We can’t go anywhere or do anything without Mo. We even bought a back up Mo just in case we lose the original or for when it needs a wash. This lovey is adorable and so soft. It is a nice size, not too small or too big and holds up well in the wash.

You can’t go wrong with this sloth rattle, whether as a gift or for your own baby! Its fur is super soft and the rattle sound is pretty clear. Very lovely colours and the taggies are good quality as well.My 4 month old nephew tries to bite on the furry part instead of the teether because baby logic, but he seems to like it a lot! Not sure if he’ll ever be into the tags but it’s still cute to play with!

I wish I’ve done better research before buying. I love that this is cute and soft however, the material that they used for the sloth is disappointing. The moment I saw my son’s mouth with some pieces of the material on his mouth I stop him from using it.

It's a nice looking toy, and the rattle is nice. However, once you finish unpacking it and cut all the plastic bits off, you're left with tufts of sloth fur all over the teething ring, and because it is soft silicone, they stick to it like glued. i guess I will have to wash the toy all together now in hope to get rid of some fluff.

This rattle is just awesome. Instantly loved by my teething 4 month old granddaughter.
