This is a wonderful & effective supplement. I paired this with a Testosterone booster as well, I am full of energy & endurance. My mental focus has cleared & I feel ready to attack. I was unaware of how much testosterone was ACTUALLY in my body & how USEFUL it is until trying this product. I was able to beat laziness & lethargy. I have read many good things about DIM and after reading the many reviews here, I decided to give this brand a try. The first 3 days I took this I didn't really feel any side effects or any significant difference in my health but I decided to keep on going. Then on the morning of the 4th day, I had a horrible pounding headache. It was so bad that if I had to choose between the headache and childbirth 2x over, I would choose the latter. As the day progressed, the headache got worse and I felt so nauseous that I couldn't move, I just felt so weak. Then to finally top it all off, I started violently vomiting bile and dry heaving, I thought my insides were going to fall out and my head felt like it was going to explode. I truly felt like I was dying. Eventually toward the end of the day I gradually got better and was good to go the next day, but I didn't take a pill on the 5th day either. I really was questioning my purchase, and felt like I should have listened to all the warning reviews. Why give this 5 stars then, you ask? Well, I wanted to believe that the other positive reviews were true, so I decided to take half the dosage (1 pill instead of 2) every OTHER day and I am so happy I did! I think the initial dose was too strong and my body just couldn't handle it. But the reason I even started taking this supplement was to get rid of my hot flashes. I can do something as small as lifting my son and start profusely sweating, and it's just awful. But I can say that in the last week out of 2 weeks I have not had one single how flash! It is insane, I'm still trying to process the fact that this decade long problem I have had is under control! So if you are thinking of taking this, I suggest you start off slow on a low dosage, just to avoid the other unwanted effects.
