This battery is part of a backup power system primarily intended to run a sump pump in case of a power failure. I hook it up to a 2000W inverter and connect the pump and a work lamp to that. I run one pump cycle every two weeks to test it; this week I ran the pump for 12 cycles. The charger I have, in maintenance-free mode, takes 6 hours and 15 minutes to fully charge the battery in either case, so I'm assuming it's mostly charged relatively quickly and then trickles to a full point over the rest of the time, like filling a bucket with full force from the faucet and then turning it down to a dribble when it's a quarter-inch from the top. One day I will run a test with water continuously filling the sump pit to see how many cycles the battery will last before draining to the point it won't run the pump. Very happy with this purchase so far.

Arrived damaged. Won't take a charge. Drops to 2 volts under the tiniest loads.Guess I should have know better than to buy a second one, after the first was nowhere near the stated capacity...No refunds...doesn't even make a good boat anchor.

These do not have the rated 100AH capacity, much closer to 50AH/20HR. 2 of the 8 leaked. Had to replace this bank.

Works great with my potable solar generator system.
