Norbert's Athletic Products Boulder Handspring Trainer

My 12 year old loves this. I wasn't sure about spending so much on a mat with one specific purpose but I am happy I did. The price with prime shipping was by far the best I could find anywhere around. The May helped her nail her back handsprings without destroying my back while spotting her. It is well made, easily cleanable and I believe it will until last long after she outgrows it. The roll motion is a little different than the one she used at the gymnastics gym but she prefers this motion over the other.

My high school gymnasts use this every day! We use it for back handsprings and front handsprings. It has helped in that they can work on their own. It helps with position and many new gymnasts got their back handsprings this season. It also helps with front handspring positioning. My girls that were sitting out of their skill improved their extension after practicing on Norbert! "He" is a part of the team now :)

These things are SO expensive to get. When I saw it was available through Amazon I was willing to the risk to see if it was the 'real deal'. It is! Anyone in the cheer or gymnastics industry knows how helpful this piece of equipment is. Strongly recommended!

Bought this for my daughter so that she can build her confidence with back handsprings especially when I can't spot her. She loves it.
