Carbon Steel Non Stick Wok

Used twice washed once as food had stuck to it . Left soaking used brush only to clean and coating had started to come off !!! Save ya money

The wok itself is great, but the glue attaching the packaging to the wok was so hard to remove it’s left a permanent mark on the metal

What an amazing Wok!! Got it as a gift for our teenager who loves to cook and I've been using it since because it's amazing

definitely not non-stick and coating peeling off after three uses. Very disappointing and I just missed the returns window otherwise I would have been asking for a refund.

This product arrived with teflon coating chipped, see photo. I bought it to replace my old Ken Hom wok which after many years use was looking & behaving worse for wear. When I compared new with old, I was struct by the differences. The old Ken Hom wok was substantially heavier. It has a similar handle but without the huge Ken Hom name, which I do not particularly want to see. And the new wok had small ridges on the outside but none on the inside. When I bought the first wok I was told these inside ridges were helpful for the performance of the wok. My old wok had no chipped teflon. It did have a few scratches from the use of metal implements, but I felt I was better off keeping my old wok until I can find a better quality replacement.

Ken Hom wok is really nice quality

I initially bought this as it was sold from reputable retailers and had good reviews online... Yes it's their entry level wok but seemed good for the money. 10 months later and it's going like this... Probably sooner actually just I'd not noticed. Looking at the reviews that came after my buying it looks as though quality nose dived.

Easy to clean, food doesn’t stick to it, maybe a bit small

What a mistake. This wok is very small and the handle is so heavy the wok won't sit on the stove top empty. Will be throwing it out and getting another.
