I must say so far I am not very happy with the purchase. The manual is completely useless and mostly makes no sense due to extremely poor translation. I was able to get the hdd installed and the cameras connected and working but it took forever to figure out the settings and get it connected to the internet. Nowhere in the manual does it tell you the password that you NEED is 11111111. I found that by going to the ad for it on amazon. Also says lifetime support but in none of the paperwork with the unit is there any email or phone number to reach them. I still have not been able to get it to pick up my ip cameras that it said it worked with. Just going thru the settings you constantly have to put in the password that they dont give you. The things I have got to work work pretty well and when I contacted them thru amazon they did send me the remote that was missing so I will give it 2 stars. If I can get everything working I may raise it one star but im not sure. If you sell a product that has complicated features it should have a proper manual that defines each feature and gives easy to understand directions on the proper setup and operation. In other word, PAY A GOOD TRANSLATOR.
