The technology for air popcorn poppers has greatly improved and this machine makes popping corn a breeze with easy clean-up. The popped corn is not dry and is very flavorful. The machine operates as described and does not take up much room on the counter or in storage. Just add the popcorn and you quickly have a delightful snack. I enjoy the smell of popcorn almost as much as eating it. Great value and the color of the machine can add a pop of color to your counter top.

We replaced our old hot air popper with this one and are very impressed that it pops the popcorn bigger, with very few unpopped kernels. It's lightweight and compact, so it stores easily. We got the aqua one - very pretty. Two small downsides: 1) You have to pour the popcorn in before you put the top on. (You use the cup to measure out the right amount.) And it's hard to get all the popcorn in without spilling some, even with the top off. 2) The top is a little tricky to line up and snap on. All in all, though, this is a great popcorn popper for a very reasonable price! Highly recommended.

I purchased this popcorn maker on a whim and I have now used it multiple times. It is really easy to use and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. You just add the kernels, turn it on and it pops quickly (2-3 minutes) with very few unpopped ones. I like that it doesn’t use oil in the machine as it doesn’t require a bunch of clean up. It’s also small enough to leave out or store without taking up much space. The only downside is the butter tray doesn’t actually melt the butter very well — it mostly just softens it, so I still melt butter separately. That part is a bit disappointing as the butter melting ability was one of the draws I had to this machine. Other than that, it’s been reliable and great for quick popcorn at home. Side note, I highly recommend using butter flavored coconut oil as a butter alternative as well. It tastes great and helps give that movie theater butter taste. Just don’t forget to add a little salt too. Yum!

I gave this 5 stars because it does what it advertises, it is quick, one heaping measuring cup fills a 5-quart mixing bowl with popcorn, it is easy to fill, clean up takes about 5 seconds, its compact, and the price is right. Some comments. Be careful because it is quite hot after use, as warned in the instructions. I mention this, because one does not expect a thin plastic item to be that hot. When all the corn is popped, I turn off the button and go about adding butter and some salt to the popcorn then sit and enjoy it. Later I come back for my 5 second clean up. It is inefficient to melt the butter in the measuring cup, I use a paper bowl in the micro, easy and no clean up. I have been on a low carb diet for a year, and this is my go-to snack. Use it about every two days. It does shoot some popped and unpopped corn around the countertop, but I don’t find it to be bothersome. There is only one item that slightly bothers me, and that is the two plastic clips that attach the plastic top to the base. They seem to be somewhat fragile. And therefore, I am careful when I attach the top to the base.

Like others have said, it leaves some unpopped kernels in the machine and also discharges a few of them into the bowl. But it’s still better than stovetop and quicker too. I didn’t try melting the butter. That can be done in the microwave.

Works great and it’s very easy to use. Love popcorn and this is one of the best ways to make it!

Yesterday I received I unpacked the package today and, unfortunately, the oil bowl is missing. Now I'm having trouble figuring out how much kernels to add, I can't heat the oil, and most importantly, popcorn pops out of the top vent and scatters all over the kitchen, and hot air escapes through the top vent, which is technically incorrect. I believe that if I paid for the product, it should be complete! Can I expect help with my issue regarding the missing oil bowl and measuring cup?

Used this machine for 3 years, daily. My son likes air popped popcorn and eats it daily. It just stopped working today, however it's stopped working was catching on fire. Luckily we were right next to it and took it outside immediately and there was no danger to my family or my home. It worked fantastic for 3 years!

This is very cool, it make the popcorns ready in 2 mins. Good thing no Oil needed just hot air. Smells great when the popcorns are ready.

Burning motor smell when turned on, tried several times so not a “new product smell”.

اشتريت هذه الماكينة وشحنتها إلى السعودية. للأسف من أول استخدام الجهاز اشتعل بالنار! أطفأته وانتظرت فترة ليبرد ثم حاولت تشغيله مرة أخرى وكانت النتيجة نفسها — اشتعال مباشر. المنتج غير آمن وخطير جدًا للاستخدام. لا أنصح بشرائه نهائيًا. للأسف اكتشفت المشكلة بعد انتهاء فترة الاسترجاع.

Excelente compra Se necesita un bowl grande porque salen volando las palomitas y se pueden llegar a caer pero he notado que mientras más maíz uses (siempre cuidando de no pasar la cantidad máxima) esto pasa menos Actualización casi 3 años después, si te gustan las palomitas es la mejor inversión que puedes hacer, la uso mucho, no me ha dado problemas, hay que tener los cuidados de limpieza y todo pero no es nada difícil de mantener en buen estado
