Bought 7 ea 6 camera sets for my commercial fleet. Cameras were easy to install and seem to work great , but when it comes to replaying videos or downloading videos it is impossible to do. We have tried all the phone numbers that do not work and no response for emails, which actually render the units useless when you need the information the most.

PURCHASE NOVEMBER 2020: I like the night vision, but the night vision cameras, specifically, are quite large. I intended these for the outside traffic AND inside cabin recording in my car. The night vision cameras are quite large to have in the car's interior cabin space. Might still be ok for in-cabin recording if you have an SUV. In these pictures I'm showing video from low-profile non-night-vision cameras; I'll add pictures from the night vision later. FOLLOW-UP MARCH 2021: Most excellent! OK, so, the system pays for itself, that's the first and only thing you need to know. But anyway, I will explain. I had the thing professionally installed. Preface this discussion: I am a professional driver, with at least some professional training in defensive driving as well as "active driver" driving, and I log over 60,000 (sixty thousand) miles a year. Last week another driver rear-ended my car. I got all of it on video, including front and rear video, as well as myself as the driver. Initially I had trouble downloading the video files, but the seller was responsive and followed-up a couple of times with me, in real time, until we got the issue resolved. Very helpful, very efficient.

I have been installing these devices for a few years now and I have no complaints. The device is easy to install and their customer service is very helpful, whenever an issue arises they are quick to resolve it. The picture quality is standard for these cameras. If you have a company with a fleet, I highly recommend them to protect yourself.

I've had this system installed on my campervan for about two weeks now. While I have yet to use the system to its full capability I have been impressed with it's ability to monitor my surroundings day or night when I'm camped out in the van. The monitor included with the system is used in the driving compartment to monitor blind spots in transit and while backing up. The HDMI output is connected to a 32 inch tv in the living quarters and definitely improves situational awareness when I have the blackout panels covering the windows. I feel it has been a worthwhile investement so far and it has been very easy to set up and use. I'm looking forward to exploring the remote viewing features once I get my mobile hot spot setup installed in the camper.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but this one is a must! Customer service is non existent! Customer service is based in China, no answer when called. When do get a "call" text back it's a bot saying sorry missed your call. No way to select a specific time of incident. No way to download specific incident. Warranty is a joke! Monitor broke within the warranty coverage time. Would not replace monitor without returning the entire product that had already been installed(which took three days to install) . It is a must to have internet service, took me three months to get it. It is not as compatible with Verizon as they claim it is in the USA.

Works great so far and they bent over backwards to change the cameras to what I needed. Great instructions. Fast shipping! Very versatile unit. With so many personal injury lawyers urging people to "Turn their wreck into a check" this is an invaluable addition to my truck.

I don't understand the problem! I installed the front pair—no problems. I installed the first pair of side ones, and then problems started—either the left or right camera would dim to zero. Restarting doesn't help; only disconnecting the power completely or disconnecting the dimmed camera helps. Seller! Please help me solve this problem.

There was a slight issue with screen and camera (transit damage) Joinglo dealt with it quickly, efficiently and professionally. I don’t leave reviews, but had to in this case. Their products are also top notch.
