Well, it was not the correct size. I have been struggling for several weeks hooking up this regulator to a compressor left by my Dad. I have seen photos in Micromark catalog of it connected so I know it is possible. 3/8 inch female end is way too big. Will have to remeasure although my previous measurements have only been frustrating. What I probably need is 1/2 by 1/4 to connect the airbrush hose. None of this is your fault ,of course. Item arrived as described and very rapidly. I will try again later, after is pain has subsided.Al Davis

Wrong size
The size listed for this is wrong. The female end is 3/4” and the male end is 3/8”. Useless for my needs.
