Acme Made Smart Laptop Sleeve MB 15 (Black Chevron)

Great style. very professional. great padding to protect any computer. However its difficult to get my macbook, pro 15" with a case on it, in and out of the sleeve. It will fit, but it take a few minutes to get it out because is a little too tight. But without the case I'm sure its perfectly fine.

This case is decent; as soon as I received it, I was reminded of my soft netbook case made by Incase. That case is made of a soft neoprene material and has a nice fuzzy lining, but costs about $50 for the 15" sleeve.This case is half the price of the Incase version, includes a shoulder strap, and has a bit more protection from the semi-hard shell on one side. It seems that some of the other reviewers were expecting something amazing from the case, but it really is no frills (except for the design on the hard side), gets the job done kind of case. I like not carrying around a huge computer bag, especially for quick trips when I need my computer and want to travel light. Also, I've had no problems with the zipper or carrying strap and they seem to be decent quality.Speaking of computers, I have an older style aluminum 15.4" MacBook Pro and it fits very tight. However, the bag is still new and probably will loosen up with use.There is something special about this case: the inside of the sleeve is lined with a royal purple colored velour type material. It is the only majestic part of this case.For a sleeve that is protecting a $1100-$2500+ laptop, it's probably not going to be your number one choice for a primary computer case. But if you already have a big computer case/bag and are looking for something to use sometimes, this one isn't bad. I will continue to use it until it inevitably falls apart whilst traveling with it and my precious MacBook Pro goes crashing to the ground in a violent crash of metal and glass. Easy come, easy go.

The Acme Made Smart Laptop sleeve is a perfect, snug fit for my 15" Mac Book Pro. Other reviewers are complaining about its simplicity as if they were expecting some sort of a laptop bag or case. This is a sleeve and for a sleeve I think it's ample. It has minimal padding, because sleeves are meant to slip over your laptop and take up very little space so the whole thing can be slid into another bag (like a tote or backpack) when needed. By adding a shoulder strap, Acme Made actually ups the ante a bit and allows you to carry the thing separately when needed.The case isn't made incredibly well (hence the loss of a star), but it's decent for the price. One side is rubber and the other is cordora. There's a nice, soft, purple interior that hugs the laptop. The stap is adjustable and attaches with swivel clips. All in all, not bad.

This is a decent laptop sleeve for Macbook Pro users. It has a decent amount of padding and a soft neoprene interior, so it won't scratch your Macbook (although make sure the interior is clean of dust and dirt too). However, the sleeve is still pretty slim and should fit easily in your bag. While I hope it never happens, I would think the Macbook should be protected somewhat well if it were dropped with the sleeve on. The only thing I don't like about the sleeve is the exterior, which is a plastic-ky sort of layer. It doesn't feel that great when carrying with your hands; but then it does seem to help with grip, so you don't have to worry as much about dropping it. Overall, if you are looking for a decent and value-priced sleeve for your Macbook Pro, then this would be a good product to consider.

This is a nice little laptop sleeve. I can put my old HP laptop in it. Unfortunately, I can't put my other laptop in it, but that was expected, because it was meant for very thin laptops. So now I just use it for my old laptop.I just wish it was big enough to put my AC adapter into it somewhere. If it was able to carry an AC adapter, it would be great. Then I could take it anywhere, but the way it is right now, I wouldn't want to use it for travel. I would rather use my laptop bookbag for travel. Right now, I'm just using it as a protective device at home, which allows me to lay my computer anywhere. If that was just the intention of the sleeve, than it works great. I also wish there was more to it, like a pocket for a pen or a jump drive.

This is a good sleeve, overall, for the Macbook in the 15" size. It's a snug fit, and is a sleeve only--there's no room for any peripherals, a power cord, etc. There's a shoulder strap included. The fit is snug, and the interior is soft and thinly padded.Constructions seems fairly solid. One side is a smooth nylon with a chevron design; the other is ballistic nylon. The design on the smooth side makes the sleeve seem slightly upscale. I have no criticism of this sleeve, other than the plastic "Acme Made" logo patch, which is raised slightly with square edges; I think it's likely to get knocked off eventually.

If you're looking for a laptop *case*, which will hold your power adapter and other accessories, this is not for you... it's very thin, sleek, and holds a 15" laptop nicely. But it's a sleeve - so best use is to put it in your briefcase or use it for transporting your laptop to a meeting where you'll be running on battery power. The case itself is well-made and looks nice - not like cheap plastic. It also doesn't have that yucky plastic smell. Not for everyone, but if you're looking for a sleeve, this is a nice one.

A few designs very classy chioces

This is a beautiful, very high-quality case that will keep your computer safe from scratches and dropping damage. It is pretty bulky for one of the new Mac Book Pros, but would be great for an older one and some non-Mac brand computers. Seller provides excellent customer service (I had to return mine because I have a new MBP).

schöne Hülle die ihren Zweck erfüllt..Schade nur das man das Ladekabel nicht mit rein bekommt aber dann wäre sie ja auch nicht so schmal.
