Product seems nice enough but unfortunately I won't be able to test more of it in more recipes because the price jumped thirty-eight percent in three days then another dollar on the fourth day. All free shipping. Very difficult to evaluate with such price fluctuations. When it was twelve dollars and thirty six cents (like it was 4 days ago), I was looking forward to thoroughly test this product in a variety of recipes. Hopefully the price will go down soon.UPDATED: While I was chatting with "help" the price increased again! Kind of a waste of money because now I have to find another source (which I haven't yet) or forget this ingredient altogether because it's impossible to create a recipe that I can use over and over if I can't predict the price from the supplier. I was hoping to create recipes for the obese members of my family. But I guess I'll have to do that without Amazon's help this time.
