First, I am a verified buyer, just put the chair together which was very easy. Simple yet direct instructions were sufficient. Second, don't expect an upper echelon product--you get what you pay for, a more than capable office chair. The reason for the one-star deduction is that the seat cushion is pretty hard to be technically called a "cushion." I think a cheap one will do the trick. but it would be nice not to buy accessories for the chair right off the bat.(--UPDATE: I actually found a few more controls, one of which was a knob on the bottom of the seat that made a huge difference in comfort. I still say you get what you pay for, but an excellent office chair if you have basic needs, changing my rating from four to five stars) Less of an issue, the arm rests aren't padded either, and have a hard plastic feel to them. Fine for what I'm using it for, but if you want more frills it'll cost a bit more. Bottom line, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Overall an okay chair. The armrests feel fairly solid and are adjustable. The headrest is adjustable. The seat is okay, the fabric could be softer. I'm 6' 1" and have no problems with the size. The back rest tends to need tightening occasionally, which is annoying.

The chair is very comfortable. I bought it to replace a large, cushy chair that I loved. However, my husband decided he wanted a desk in my office, too, which cut down on the space available for my chair. This chair is perfect!

Just as described. Pretty simple, no problem putting it together. Nothing spectacular but not I'm happy with it.

Build quality is nice, feels really solid I dont hear and squeaking or feel anything loose.
