Who knows???
I purchased these to check my oven as items were coming out undercooked. When I adjusted to match the temperature on this thermometer, things are now coming out overcooked. - How can you really know the accuracy of a thermometer?

On a short sampling
meaning I've only used the oven thermometer once; it seemed spot on accurate. and The Cooler one seems so too. Both easy readers. No complaints.

Good Basic Thermometers
This was a nice two pack - one for the fridge and one for the oven. They seem like they can readily handle these environments, and are big enough to read at a little distance.

Great Tool for Checking Temp
I like the ease of use but the unit is a little large. I had an issue in a toaster/oven because of size.The accuracy of this unit is great.I would recommend this item.
