I got a refund on this product without any problems, so that was a plus.As for the pens themselves--each and every one of the pens in the 12 pack were dysfunctional. They skipped and ran dry. When they were first tested, they performed pretty well, but after about ten minutes of use they each exhibited the same symptoms. I like some of the Foray brand, but I will not be buying these particular brands ever again.

Great item. I did find several of the pens were dry with the order. Not worth sending back 3-pens out of a large order. Recommend the item highly. Very, very fast delivery.
