This work offers one of the most interesting history lessons I've seen, as it tells human history from the POV of everyone's favorite Time Traveler, The Doctor. He's taken possession of a Coal Hill school history book and improve it with information and corrections from his travels, his opinions on historical figures and events, and even sketches, drawings, and doodles. Everything from the creation of life on Earth, to the cold war, and there is even a map of the world (where The Doctor has pointed out a few of the locations of important events), and even a quiz on the updated history in the book! A great and rather simple yet comprehensive (or at least as close as Doctor Who gets to that) read and referenice for Doctor Who fans of all ages.

Completely entertaining with oh so very Doctor Who like humor & wit! It's hard to say much without spoiling the fun but if you want a quick read that you'll flip through and go back to for smiles than this book is for you. This isnt a DrWho novel but more of an entertaining reference book. Safe content for kids and parents alike! I find myself flipping through this on my kindle when stuck waiting at the Drs office or when I need 5-10 minutes of reprieve from a stressful day. Most definitely recommend

This was a Christmas present for my adult son, who is a true Dr. Who fan. He began chuckling when reading the table of contents! For this to stand up to the wealth of knowledge he has for this series, and for the character, I would say this was a true hit!

My daughter loves Dr. Who.She will have these long after I'm gone.Some people still like actually owning, holding and reading books!

My 5th grade so loves this book. I looked through it and enjoyed it myself and I don't really know much about Dr. Who!

Its a great book filled with the history of Docter Who in the Docter's perspective. The book itself is beautiful and it goes great with my other docter who "guide" books.

This book served as a great reminder of all the fun historical adventures the Doctor has had over the years. I could definitely hear Peter Capaldi's voice as I read through the 12th Doctor's annotations.

I bought this as a gift for my sister and she told me that she absolutely loved. A great buy for the Dr. Who fan in your life!

I loved the previous guides and this one continues to be high end. I love books that have information added on posted notes (printed on of course) but books that look like they've been annotated to hell. This book and all the others in the series all have the same amount of detail. If you're a fan of guide books like me and Doctor Who, then this is the book for you

dr who makes history fun lol

I bought this for my 8-year old daughter who enjoys reading about history and mythology. She absolutely loves this book. She particularly likes to point out the edits the Doctor adds to it all. A good read for anyone who enjoys History.

Book was meant as a gift for a really dedicated whovian, and she liked it very, very much.

Suitable for children, not really very good for adult fans.
