I’ve been using Colgin Liquid Smoke for years. It’s in most of my marinades and burgers, but hard to find since Walmart replaced with a knockoff. This is best liquid smoke flavor on the market and I was glad I was able to buy for a good price on Amazon.

I've been able to use this in tons of marinades for tofu and seitan, as well as when sauteing veggies to add that extra flavor that can be harder to get when you're not working with animal proteins. Great smell and taste.

Good, very strong. Add much less than you think you need.

Great for flavoring meats while cooking. Convenient size, easy pouring adaption to control flow. Nice plastic containers won't break if dropped.

I was disappointed that I needed to use 2 - 3 times as much as I would've, had I used liquid smoke. It was pleasant, but weak. It reminded me of vanilla flavoring. Some need much more product to get the flavor.
