Awesome product.!!!
I don't know what's up with the negative reviews. Some people are just walking examples of id-10-t errors and I hope they don't reproduce. Instructions couldn't be easier. Set the jumper to match your garage door transmitter, hit the learn button on the transmitter, hit the button on the remote you want programmed, and Bob's your uncle. The description even tells you the garage door frequencies it supports. I mean seriously people, don't blame the product for your lack of neurons. Mine worked great out the box. Super simple to install. Range is better than the remote it replaced. Couldn't be happier.

Seller should add vital information to the product description
It may work. If I get a new garage door opener I will try it again. The seller left out that the garage door has to be one that is "intelligent" so that the remote can learn the code. My garage door opener is old and doesn't have that capacity.

Works great!
Bought this to replace a Genie GMI-3BL and GM3T. Works perfectly. Range seems to be the same or perhaps a little better than the previous remotes as I'm still able to open my door from 2-3 houses away. Love that it frees up cubby space in my car!Only thing that could be better is if it also came in a 1 button model that looks like a cigarette lighter.

Excellent remote (if you get one that works)
The remote is very discrete and doesn't require batteries. It's fully powered by the cigarette lighter. That also means it won't work with the car in a state that doesn't power the cigarette lighter, which I don't consider a con. My opener is a Liftmaster 3900PLD, which uses the 315Mhz frequency with Security+ that newer Liftmaster (Chamberlain) openers use.Be aware, the first one I received did not work at all. I followed the directions exactly as documented (which are very simple). On a whim, I decided to try a replacement to see if it was just a defective unit. The replacement programmed in seconds and all was good. The first still didn't program, so I'm very certain it was just a matter of a defective unit first arriving. The attached images show:1. The device plugged into my car's console2. The dip switch settings needed for Chamberlain 315Mhz Security+ openers3. My opener4. The opener's door open to show the purple programming button5. My original remote (yours can have a gray button and still be the same model)6. The rear of my original remoteIn summary, it's pretty great. Just be aware if it doesn't work with this opener (like my first one did), it might just be defective. It's not because you're doing anything wrong. Programming it for these particular openers is this simple.1. Set the dip switches as shown.2. Plug it into the car.3. Make sure it lights up blue when you press a button on it.4. Press your purple programming button on the opener. An amber light will appear and glow solid.5. Go back to the remote within 30 seconds and press a button on it.The opener's amber light should turn off after step 4. That means the opener caught the remote's attempt to learn from it. Test it with another press of the button. That's it. If it doesn't program (you'll know because while programming, the amber light on the opener will not turn off when you press the remote's button), try a replacement unit. The only thing I would change about this product is the size and number of buttons. I personally don't need or want 3 buttons, and a single button device the size of the cigarette lighter would look nice and discrete. There are devices like that in Europe, but they only work on 433Mhz frequency openers.

Great Range (Twice the stock one)
Range on this is excellent and works well with my Genie 650 opener.Pairing tip: If your dip switches aren’t working, try flipping them opposite of what you think. The black rectangles are where the white switch should be. It was a bit confusing from the directions but got it working easily once the switches were right.

Does not work!
I have a Liftmaster/Chamberlin Receiver with a purple learn button. I attempted to program this universal remote using all of the dip switch combinations for Liftmaster/Chamberlin and Liftmaster included in the instructions from the developer. None of these combinations worked and I was unable to program the remote to work with the receiver.

Poor instructions
Instructions are BACKWARDS. Where you think the switches are opposite of where they really are. The switches are white on the product but the instructions make if seem like the white squares are the switches They are not. The BLACK squares are the switches. In the picture attached, on the first row, the switches to be pushed up are 1, 2, and 4, NOT 3, 5 and 6.

Never worked, instructions weren't too helpful
very hopeful this would work since it is a great concept... but unfortunately, it never learned my Genie.. bought a different universal and worked fine..
