Useful and durable design while enforcing correct techniques
The Agility paddles are excellent because they help correct form and doesnt require adjustments and maintenance. I have two kids in club swimming and thos is part of their tool bag. I don't have to worry about adjustable straps breaking or falling out. Our previous paddles came with adjustable tubes that loops through holes, and the tubes comes loose constantly; it was a pain. These paddles have 1 piece design so they are easy to put on and less to worry about on the go.

Great tool
Great Training Tool – If You Have the Right Technique I've had a pair of these paddles for years. I swim at least a mile a day, and they’ve been a huge help in improving my stroke and efficiency. A few key things to know: No straps – which is great because there's nothing to break or adjust. But with that comes zero forgiveness. If you’re not pulling straight back with a high elbow, these will fall off—and you’ll hate them. If your stroke involves waving your hand under you or pulling with a straight arm, these can actually lead to injury. So make sure your technique is solid before using them. Here’s my suggestion: Start by swimming without paddles, using a closed fist drill. With proper form—a high elbow and early catch—you should be able to swim at about ¾ speed, even with your fists closed. Focus on using your entire forearm as a paddle. Your fingers should point down toward the pool bottom, and your hands should never cross your centerline. Once that feels solid, add the paddles. Swim slowly at first. Keep your arm bent right after you extend it in front of you. Watch your bubbles—if you’re entering the water cleanly, you shouldn’t see any around your hand. I swim hard and fast with these (I’m a 62-year-old male, swimming 1:40/100M) and I’ve never had shoulder pain. My chest and back feel the work, but not my shoulders—which tells me these are doing their job without stressing the wrong muscles. If you know how to swim with a high elbow and solid form, these paddles are fantastic. If they keep falling off, that’s your stroke talking. Slow it down, focus on form, and use them to reinforce good technique. When you first go to use these do not put your thumb through the hole. Instead, make a fist and put the paddle up against your wrist, so your fingertips are just wrapped around the edge of it. You’re basically making your arm into a paddle. When you stroke work on your entry, extending your hand away in front of you. An early vertical forearm. And then the catch. It’ll feel strange at first. You should feel pressure on your wrist and forearm. As you get your stroke better then eventually you can put your thumb in the hole and wear it properly. But if your stroke is not proper, it is not forgiving.

I wasn’t sure about these
But the reviews were so good I bought them. Best training paddles ive ever had. They are comfortable and light. I recommend measuring your hand for fit like it says for a great fit. Also the resistance is great and they fall off when you turn your hands wrong helping to correct your stroke!

great gear for triathlon
This is amazing, perfect size for my very small hands ( which is very hard to get). and it really helped me with my strokes

a bit expensive, but works well.
This is a good product, the previous version lasted 5+ years with my "abusive" daily swims. It used to be half of today's price yet it did not have the "floating" feature -- which is rather nice if you lose it on the deep end of the pool. :-) I would've given 5 stars if the price was right

One shouldn't love a paddle as much as I love these!
I feel like I've tried every other style of paddle on the market and all have struck me as being flawed in that they will amplify bad form to the point of injury in very short order. After mentioning this to my coach he recommended I give these a shot and I glad that I did. Other paddles are strapped to your hand which means that you have to be extra vigilant with hand position and stroke or you can risk injury to your shoulders or elbows. With the Agility paddles the only thing holding them on is the thumb hole and the resistance of the water. That combined with the shape of the paddle means that they will fall off if you aren't swimming with correct form. This is a great training aid that is well-designed, comfortable, and works exactly as intended. I find swimming with these to be a joy and actually look forward to my pull sets. The best part is that this has to be one of the best bang for your buck training aids available. I liked them so much that my wife got a pair for herself as well.

Best Swimming Hand Paddles Ever!
I love these Finis paddles and have been using them for years. I made this purchase when I lost a paddle, but I have been using these for more than 15 years. I like how they remind me when I am not pulling cleanly through the water, by slipping through the water or being pulled off my hand. It teaches one to pull through the stroke! I use it with Freestyle and Backstroke. Another thing I like about them is that they last forever, with no straps to break or snap. Try 'em out!
