I need some new gloves after going through the velcro crap with Everlast gloves. I am amateur boxer and training to fight in the Goldent Gloves in like a month so I need some great gloves for training and sparring. These gloves are best for both sparring and training. For the sparring piece the extra padding is so helpful for my protection and my sparring partner. I would say make sure to talk with your sparring partner to see if you need to lower your power as it is hard to tell if you hitting them to hard. For training, these gloves are the best gloves I have ever used. Knuckle protection is great, wrist support is outstanding and the gloves fit great. I will tell you you will have to work these gloves in hard. I am going into my 3 day of heavy bag work (12+ rounds daily) and these gloves are still getting broke into and now really broken in yet. Also, the thumb positioning does take some time to get used too as it is my first time in this thumb pattern. This will take time to get used to as well. But, overall it is a significant upgrade from my prior gloves and I will be keeping these a long time. So, if you looking for some great sparring/training gloves with great wrist protection, knuckle padding, and top of line then these are the gloves for you.

Great feel, fit, and finish. My expectations on quality from Reyes were met. The attention to detail on the edges, seems, and stitching were exceptional. In my hand they feel better than the Hayabusa T3 LX, which I ended up selling.

Takes a few uses to get the right fit, great for hooks and uppercuts to prevent injury. The tops of the gloves are flat as to avoid rolling your wrist. Overall good quality.

I got it for my son and myself and we do have 3 minute rounds, it wears me down and my son loves it. Since then Son has joined the Boxing dojo and his gloves are no longer holding, he started working out for hours and these do not hold for him any more. Mine is OK for me since I just use them on weekends once in a while with my son. But a good value for money and occasional use.

These are really great gloves. I can tell that there will be some break-in time. The extra padding is great and you can still make a good fist just like regular Reyes gloves. Hit the bag as hard as you want, can barely feel it. Accepted by the coach for sparing too. My pair definitely are working out for me.

Love the gloves. Wasn't sure what I was going to think. Definitely had a bit of a break in period that was a bit uncomfortable. The quality on these is undeniable though. Love them and will never buy from a different brand again.

Best gloves for value on the Market without having to pay 450 for Grant. Casanova's are good too, but these here offer more hand protection and feel great.
