4 stars because this was exactly as advertised; however, it will not work for me as my cats can easily access the contents. Item was returned (note: you will likely need to provide a box to return it and it is MUCH cheaper to provide your own box than to buy one at the UPS store)

So inexpensive but looks so good

Before we bought this, my husband would leave our dog’s full blue poop bags in our campsite’s fire pit, on th back bump of the RV, any number of places. Yuck!! When it was time to make the dumpster run, it was like a super-gross Easter egg hunt, locating all the bags.i ordered the can, slipped an old plastic shopping bag in it, set it by the RV steps & voila! NO more poop bag hunters! Our campsite is tidy at last! This would be great in a bath room or guest room or even a home office as well.

This trashcan is great. I saw it online and read the reviews, I didn't buy it because the liner/plastic bag shows. I felt it diminished the classy effect. However I was at Lowes and came across the trashcan, when I saw it in person I had to have it. Right next to it was sitting a small white 1.5 Gallon UMBRA trashcan for $5.00, perfect for holding the liner. I bought them both, lined the small white one and popped it in the bronze one. Liner doesn't show :) I did fold a paperbag into squares to balance the white trashcan due to the curved bottom of the bronze trashcan. I love this silver can for my bathroom, it looks very much like an actual metal canister, but it is plastic plus its super easy to clean and the best part is no rust..unlike a metal canister that would get tarnished by any type of liquid that may accidentally splash it. Very happy with this purchase.

I would like you to know that I am happy with this product, however I did not receive lids for 4 of these trash cans? Are they on there way?? Please let me know

I can't give this product a 5 star because the swivel part of the lid - is unfortunately bent. It doesn't look good, although it still work good. I bought several of these for work and they were all ready great.

My long search for the perfect bronze wastebasket to match the bronze accessories and trimmings in my bathroom is over... this is IT!! Sturdy, classy, elegant, modern, sleek, easy to clean, great quality... it matches bronze accessories and medium/dark oak wood sublimely. It requires 12L or 3 gallon trash bags; I just re-use any standard grocery plastic bag in it as liners to facilitate trash disposal and avoid frequent cleaning!Yes, it is made of plastic that has been ingeniously crafted to imitate bronze and brushed metal. At first glance you can't tell the difference. This makes it light and easy to tote around if needed, you can wash it and it will never rust. The swinging top makes it a breeze to use compared to pedal cans; the fact that it is covered keeps the contents discreetly tucked away. I bought this garbage can for my bathroom as I needed a lid. Aesthetically, it looks quite nice and fits my decor. Lid fits great and is a pretty good size for what I needed. One thing to note is that this isn’t metal, even though it looks like it. When touched, it feels like very cheap plastic and that is the only downside to this product.

It's small so it's great for our tiny bathroom. However, it's cheaply made plastic. The lid pops out occasionally.

This is a nice one but a little big than i had anticipated. Thought colour of the finish is more colper tone than bronze but looks nice. It does look plasticky

it took sooo long to arrive but it looks nice!

The trash can is pretty good. The only thing is the color did not match my bathroom's decor.
