Terrible experience with these guys.they had zero respect for me as a consumer what so ever.i had a small problem with one of the steps. the risers didn't fit together properly as you can see in the pictures I posted.it was still ok for use but it wasn't an acceptable state for a new product to arrive in.as I needed the step straightaway I decided to just inform them of the issue and the cost of returning due to where I live costs more than the item .I sent pictures on request to the seller.they told me it's a manufacturer issue.told me thanks for letting them know.i had to ask them would they send out the replacement part, having spent over 250e in their shop I thought it was fair.they told me they would but it never arrived.after two weeks I emailed them to find out where the part was,they told me it had been returned back to them.i find this very hard to believe.who would return the part they were looking for? Anyways they offered me a partial refund.on me agreeing to that as I had no faith in them sending out the part,they sent me a return email asking for the product back before they would give a partial refund.i mean that doesn't even make any sense.The step itself looks good but it is very light weight but not in a good way.its smaller than it looks in the online picture.if u put any weight on it in the middle it bends and feels like it may snap.all plastic products have a certain amount of flexibility but this step doesn't go back to its original state after use, it stays with a sort of dip in the middle after.if you are a small person and not using any weight on it I'm sure it's fine but id say if your over 10stone,I'm not even ten stone or using a weight on it id say be careful it may snap after time.the risers are cheap and stick together so can be very hard to get them on and off.there are more durable better quality steps out there for a similar price

This is a good stepper. I am 68kg and it holds my weight completely without any issues. My only complaint is that it isn't higher and/or doesn't come with more blocks. That said, none of the steppers available on Amazon seem to be very high, so this one is good value for money considering this.Also, if it was available in a non-fluro design I probably would have chosen that, but it's just for use at home in private so it's fine.

Initially thought this was a great value step but split in three places after only two months. Have used it only for step classes (it’s intended purpose). Seller refused to assist with the issue.

Ordered 19th, received 20th! Very impressive. Exactly what I wanted. Easy to add the extra height and love the orange. Really strong and sturdy. Looking forward to many happy years stepping away to my dvd's and hopefully getting a bit fitter!

Ordered three of these for me and my colleagues for our little gym session we have together. It is perfect, a good design, sturdy and a good price. We were all very pleased with them.

Stylish and compact, this is a very versatile stepper that can be adjusted to various heights for different workout purposes. When not in use, the feet can be stored in the base for space reduction.

Bigger than expected. Knocked a star off cause 2nd stage stepper blocks were hard to put on needed a fair amount of welly. Good value, sturdy.
