Matthew Palmer Natural Colours Set

Wow, this arrived so fast. :0 Since it was coming from overseas I wasn't expecting it for at least another week. Thank you for the speedy delivery!I was looking forward to getting the little zip-up container for the paints but it did not actually come with this set. All I got was the 3 paints in a normal shipping box. Would be cool if they got rid of the picture with the pouch so people like me don't get confused about what they're paying for.Still, it was shipped safely so I'm happy. I did a quick test of the colors. They all mix so well together. The grey is superb. The blue gave me one of the smoothest washes I've ever done, and I've been painting using mainly artist-grade paints. The yellow is more sandy than "yellow" and it is made from 3 different pigments, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing. Mixing the natural blue and the natural yellow did NOT make a green. I think this is because of the 3 pigments in the Natural Yellow.All in all, I'm so glad I made this purchase! Looking forward to my landscape tomorrow morning. :D

These come from the UK, and I expected to wait several weeks. Arrived within 2 weeks of my order and are lovely colors to work with.

So much easier than mixing colors. The tubes are nearly twice as big as my usual watercolors, so the price is very reasonable! Perfect colors for natural, realistic watercolor painting.
