Honesty, i love this stuff. The apple juice flavor is spot on...when i add electrolyte concentrate. BCAA's are pshhh, whatever, but the addition of viatmins is very smart. I'd use this stuff even without BCAA's in it. I drink it during cardio but know that BCAA's may reduce fat loss. Muscle preservation comes at that cost.
