So earthy, so crunchy, so rainy omg
I’ve ordered this probably 4 or five times more or less idk but it’s my favorite thing that I order. It’s so good for the price. You get enough to last you about 3-4 days depending on how much you consume. The taste omg. It taste exactly like you’d imagine the word earthy to taste. It has such a warm dust taste and earthy smell. It’s like rain on a concrete mixed with freshly washed laundry with a splash of dust. It’s perfect. I would order this so many times again. It’s not sticky either. It literally melts in your mouth after you crunch it down. My favorite way to eat it is to wet it and shake it in some cornstarch or bentonite clay. Or to just wet it since it has that wet basement taste. Absolutely phenomenal

I just keep re-ordering
I bought my first bag of this clay simply as an experiment as I had never eaten packaged earth before - only stuff I had sampled from my yard as a girl. But I started really craving the taste of dirt, so got this from Amazon on a whim - never intending to buy again. Boy was I wrong! Since my first trial run, every time I run out (which doesn't take long), a just reorder as I have developed a strong liking for this clay in particular. Mild taste like warm earth - not gummy or sticky like the clays I also tried. This looks like rocks, but bites off easily and has a very satisfying crunch. I haven't noticed any bad side-effects (even asked my doctor), so intend to just keep crunching away!

Crumbly, mild softness, NOT gummy, not waxy, not sandy and very yummy
This is my second time buying clay for consumption, I suffer from pica for years and have craved sand badly! This clay stone is perfect for what I need it for, when you bite it you get an instant TAC almost like moisture being absorbed from your mouth but as you chew it breaks down into a crumbly dry no powdery particles not gritty or sandy as far as firmness and texture but more mild, softISH and crumbly. It had cured my pica craving. I’m still a novice to buying into my cravings so as far as flavor compared to others? I can say it’s reminiscent of crayons for me NOT for the waxiness but the flavor of the clay almost tastes like a crayon it’s odd but pleasant I like it!! It’s nice and helps me with my condition

Ehhhh
Mmmm it’s ok. No earthy taste at all. I really like the way barro tastes. So I was hoping to get that. But it tastes like basement/drywall. And it’s got a slight crunch. Not as crunchy as I like. Not pasty or sticky either.

This clay was everything I imagined and more!
The bite is clean with hard and dusty crunch, and some grit, so if that's something you like then this is the clay for you. It taste very dusty, slight metallic, and super earthy, like fresh dirt out of the ground. And it's not sticky/gummy at all. The seller Viaana ALWAYS have the product sent early or on time as expected and her clays are kept in good conditions, not once was her products tasted like chemicals. And the price is beyond reasonable for what you get and the quality, compared to other venders. I'm just highly satisfied and I will always buy from her

Be Careful
First off, I have bought this product numerous times, and I love it. I crave dirt and clay anyway, and then I read that this potentially had some detoxifying properties. Win win, right? However, I want to add a cautionary tale, because I will not be ordering again. For those of you who say they are eating it and ordering immediately after running out, be super careful with the quantity that you eat. I was crushing it and eating two or three teaspoons per day, and I did end up in the hospital. Do your research, because clay products like this can prevent the body's iron absorption. Yes, it can remove toxic metals (like mercury you consume with tuna), but it can also remove iron, which we all need. I was eating this product for about a year, pretty regularly, and I started feeling very tired with a rapid heartbeat that was not proportional to my level of exertion. It did not beat rapidly at rest, but it would race with tasks as simple as taking clothes out of the dryer. I finally went to a cardiologist, and routine lab work revealed a profound anemia. My iron levels did not even register. That would normally imply an internal bleed -- very low hemoglobin and non-existent iron stores. But I did not have a bleed. I ended up needing a blood transfusion, and then the hematologist wanted to infuse me with iron dextran to get my iron stores back in line. I had an extreme anaphylactic response to the intravenous iron that resulted in cardiac arrest. They brought me back, but I am very, very lucky. This occurred on January 22, and I am still recovering from the painful sternum fracture resulting from the CPR. Now this sort of reaction to intravenous iron is very rare (only 68 in 100,000), and the allergic reaction did not occur because I ate this clay. But the clay led to the condition that resulted in all of this. So enjoy and eat it if you want, but please do so sparingly.
