We have bought many different products from 2 Hounds and we continue to do so because of the great customer service and great quality products! We have the freedom no pull harness and after many months of everyday wear, we noticed it was fraying. Luckily 2Hounds offers a warranty you can buy on their website for half the price and they will replace it for you!The fit and adjustability are good and easy to figure out. It was easier than other harnesses we have used in the past. I like that the part going under the arms is a padded velvet like texture, for extra comfort to avoid chafing. It’s very lightweight and easy to clean. I also get a lot of compliments that it looks sleek on my dog.

Great harness. Thoughtfully designed, sturdy, and a great price. It fit my dog well and has several points of adjustment. Seems both secure and comfortable for the dog. I like that the strap which goes under the dog’s belly is velvet to prevent any chafing 🥹

I recently purchased this harness based on a recommendation from my rescue's foster mom, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I was looking for an upgrade to a back-clip only harness I had been using for my 40-pound golden doodle, and purchased this based on the reviews, customer service, and ability to adjust each section. Out of the package, this took about 15 minutes of adjustments and try-ons before finding the "just right" spot for each section. It fits well, buckles and O/D rings feel secure and sturdy, and I appreciate the detail of the velvet comfort strap. I also love the fact that this gives you a front and back clip option, to be used separately or together with the manufacturer recommended double-connection training leash (this was a main motivator for purchasing over other brands). The martingale loop gave me hesitation when purchasing because I avoid this feature in collars, but after fitting, my dog appeared to have no discomfort or airway constriction even when occasionally pulling hard against the leash while only back clipped during try on.I have two concerns with this harness:1. Material and placement of buckles: because of my dog's build, these buckles hit right at her armpits. Not the manufacturer's fault, just a challenge we've had with any harness we've tried. She didn't seem to mind this any more than any other harness we've used, but I was hoping the adjustability on this harness would eliminate this. The buckles are also made of plastic, and while they are sturdy and feel reliable, I will continue to use a safety tether between leash and collar in the off-chance that a buckle should break or fail.2. Condition of item received: the harness we got was clearly used, which is why I am knocking off one star. It is still in good shape, but had scratching to the buckle, and based on markings on the straps out of the package, had been readjusted several times. I ordered this expecting a new harness, rather than one with signs of minor wear.Overall, this is a solid harness that is extremely customizable and easy to fit, adjust, and take on/off without a dog having to step in. My dog is finished growing, so I am happy that this seems to be our new daily harness at her adult size/weight. I will update this review once we've clocked a few long walks with it.

My rescue girl came home from the shelter as a foster to adopt with this brand harness (on loan), I liked it so much 2 days later I ordered us one to keep. The hot pink is so bright and we have the matching leash as well. We get SO many compliments on this color on her!The quality of this harness is great, the velvet padding is a really nice touch, and adjusting the harness is pretty easy as well.The double rings on the chest and back for the leash are great, I use the euro leash and it helps so much with pulling.

I volunteer at the Humane Society and they use this brand. I got one for my pittie puppy and it's awesome. So comfy and works great to reduce pulling. Love 'em.

I own 3 of these and they last forever and fit perfect and are safe and comfy and cute. Got this one for my newest puppy. Everyone should own this harness it is superior to any I have owned and will never buy anything but this brand and style .

The harness is well made and has padding just where needed -- under the dog's front arms. The green color is beautiful and I am glad to have this. However, I just went for a walk with my puppy and he pulled harder than ever - almost pulling me down. The pulling seems worse with this harness than others I've tried. I put the leash on the front, changed it to the top D ring.... and nothing reduced the pulling strength. I am not sure why they think the design is better than other harnesses. The dog may be more comfortable because of the padding, but I wasn't! NOT recommended.

Fit's well and it's has soft material especially around the legs. The front loop helps control him better. Top loop works well for hooking him to the car latch. Best harness I've found and he's only one and half yrs old now. For a 100 lb dog, yes I'd buy it again.

I bought this pink one almost one year ago. I've attached photos of my second, much older harness to compare. My 30lb dog broke free while wearing the pink harness. That was a really bad moment. The purple harness is being used by my 60lb dog and it's at least 4, maybe even 5 years old and it's still going strong. So positive and very negative review.

I have a 70lb scent hound. He is muscular and strong. I also live in a climate that gets very cold and icy in the winter, so if he pulls I am at risk of slipping and falling. Even with consistent leash training, being a scent hound sometimes if he gets a scent he wants he still pulls. This harness is a life saver and makes it easier for me to walk him especially when clipping the leash in the front. It is sturdy, easy to fit and put on, and helps minimize how much he can pull. The only downside is that my hound has almost no fur under his arms (typical to this breed) and it therefore rubbed him a bit there. If he had a bit more fur there I don’t think this would be an issue. I fixed this quickly by sewing up a fleece sleeve to slip over the strap under his arms. This is the second time I purchased this harness, my last one worked perfectly for three years before the buckle slipped. That is a great amount of use considering I use it daily, several times a day on a large, strong dog. I tried a few harnesses before finding this gem.

Had no effect on our pup. Nice enough harness but just didn't do the job it was supposed to do.

I get these for each new dog, so have used a few. Quality seems as good as those in the past, works well.
