This product is amazing! Great job!
I find that this product was a lot safer to buy than the actual root itself. The natural coriander roots are not that easy to find in local stores where I live. Even in some of the Asian store as well the coriander roots are not available. I am learning the art of Thai cooking, and this product is very essential to the authentic flavor profile to some of their dishes. I am happy to find this company on amazon to by the product.

Perfect substitution for the fresh one
Thai food uses a lot of coriander root and it's difficult to find the fresh one here in the US. They usually cut it out before selling them in the market. This can substitute perfectly. I marinate it with garlic and black pepper on grilled chicken or pork. We also put it in the soup. it may smell like dirt but when you use it on meat or soup. it makes it taste better. When it comes to Thai food, coriander root is one of main ingredients in many dishes.
