How does this compare to pelvic clock® exercise device for chronic lower back pain relief?

I prefer the pelvic Clock to be honest, but I am pretty thin, so I think that has something to do with it. If the pelvic clock was not so ridiculously expensive, I would have one for home, and one for travel. But in the end, I do like them both

Having used the balance tool for a few weeks and liking the effects on pelvic strength and flexibility l will answer with my opinion on effectiveness at weight limits: I would say you would not benefit on hard floors above 250 pounds. I would say 210 or so would limit on soft carpet as the tool and circular mat would sink too far into carpet. Hope that helps.
