My previous perforated turner was part of a decent wood handled set. Decent but not great...and I wasn’t convinced that the handles would live up to regular (moderately heavy) use, let alone any sort of abuse.So the quest was on: find a “bulletproof” spatula. It came down to this or the Hell’s Handles version. This won out quite honestly because of the colour. There is NO confusing these with any other spatulas when I’m cooking in a group setting (helping friends, cookouts, charity events, etc.) I can spot them from a distance. No worries about it getting “mixed up” with someone’s wood handled turner.All well and good, but how does it perform? Like one would expect from an industrial type tool: great. I have a few of their tools in various shapes and sizes, all professional quality. The one ding against it is the lack of a hole for hanging. It’s no big deal when using the griddle because I have plenty of work space...but storage means that I can’t just hang them in my bbq shed. So they need a bin, shelf, or drawer...and it’s not tiny. Still a superior turner IMO.

The picture has a blue handle which is for the high heat handle. What you get is the white standard handle not for him heat. I returned and ordered the hi heat version.

Well, so far I've only used it a couple times and it's already bowed :( nothing makes me cringe like a bowed spatula scratching up the griddle top. Other than that bit, it does it's job fine.

The color was suppose to mean heat resistant and that’s not what I got.
