I have been using this oil along with the Smooth Viking brand's conditioner and balm. I have to say that I'm very impressed with the way they have made my beard look fuller,softer and just overall better. My beard is no longer dry and all over the place. I use everything after getting out of the shower and drying my beard off. I dry it best I can with a towel and which leaves just a bit of moister in it still (which I think works better) then I will apply the conditioner followed by the oil and then finish it off with the balm. Having a comb and a brush helps as well. I purchased the boar bristle brush from the Smooth Viking Company as well which is a must have when you reach a certain point in your beard growth journey. I just recently purchased myself a Kent comb to complete my beard arsenal. I would definitely give their products a go and see what you think. I was impressed and the fact that you don't have to use much each time you use them certainly puts the mind at ease when it comes to your wallet. I thought 2 OZ could only go so far before I would be turning around and buying more but so far it has lasted me a pretty good while and I still have a long way to go to get through them as they sit right now. I should note that I don't use them everyday but through the majority of the week. You can't go wrong with these beard products, guys! Happy bearding!

After growing my beard out 4 years ago, I've tried a variety of different beard oils....I use beard balms occasionally on the weekend or for evening events, but for Monday - Friday maintenance during the workweek, I use beard oil brushed in after a shower but before work. Having tried so many different brands, it seemed like there was always something I didn't like. This one had a weird smell, this one didn't last through the day, that one cost too much, that one left my beard feeling scratchy and dried out, etc. etc. Out of all the different ones that I've tried, the Smooth Viking is my hands-down favorite! It hits all the right marks, and does so at around the $10 - 11 price point which is perfect! My 2nd favorite beard oil that has all the same characteristics of the Smooth Viking one is almost $20. Pros - No fragrance - Not sticky - Leaves my beard soft and lustrous - Looks natural after it's brushed in - Low cost compared to some of the other brands

As for beard oil it does what it’s suppose to do, but as for the scent, it’s awful smelling. I purchased the Smooth Viking. The peppermint is over whelming and the ratio is way off. The smell is reminiscent of a car garage while changing your cars oil. The smell dissipates as time goes by, but that initial car garage smell stinks somewhat awful. I gave it 3 stars because the function of the oil works well. It keeps my beard soft and glistening for hours upon hours. It’s not a bad product by any means, but the fragrance is horrible. There are many beard oils on the market and smell much better and works just as great. Adjust the horrible car garage fragrance and I may return, the size and price is great and the oil does the job. Sorry for the 3 stars due to fragrance. Better smell and it would be a 5+ star rating for sure.

I've ordered this multiple times. Liked it so much that I bought it for my son. It works! I have stubble, made it soft. Definitely gets rid of the itches you might feel if you decide to shave every now and then. It has a very subtle smell. I really don't like colognes, but any other product you use, like deodorant, hair gel, body wash,etc, is so much stronger. I was in a car with a woman, and she said, "it smells like man." She was not overwhelmed, she liked it, and she was the type who would not appreciate any cologne. I'm about to get a refill. It lasts for at least a year if you follow directions. It's tempting to splash it on, but it only takes a few drops.

I love this stuff and see no reason to get any other beard oils ever since I tried it. Yeah, the smell could always be more cologne-like or something, but to me it’s not bad and I like how well conditioned it makes my beard feel with minimal upkeep. It even helps keep these small sores I sometimes get from subconsciously licking the side of my mouth minimized. I mean I have a special cream for that but I rarely have to use it if I use this stuff properly. For those completely clueless and new to beard care but wanting to learn some really basic stuff, all I do if wash with combination shampoo/conditioner (Pantene works or evening cheap suave men’s), dry well, apply 3-12 drops (12 is a lot more than the bottle says but sometimes I grow a long beard and mustache) of beard oil to my fingers of my left hand and rub gently onto my right hand fingers before working into my beard and moist arch. Then I brush several times with my Zeus stiff boar bristle hand held brush. That’s it.

I've tried many beard oils and this one is definitely my favorite! It has the perfect consistency and soaks into the skin and hair really nice. If you have a dry beard /dry skin, this will do wonders for you and keeps it moist all day without feeling greasy or oily. Smells fantastic unlike a lot of other beard oils, it has kind of a cool water cologne smell to it which I love. Also would like to mention it gives your beard the perfect shine and people have complimented my beard when I use this.. This is my 3rd bottle now and will probably be sticking with this one for a while. Highly recommend this product!

OMG, smell great, leave beard smooth, by far best oil I use. NOTE: this bottle is 60ml, double of the other one I use, NOT 30 ml. I use this one on a regular basis.

The beard oil does work but is not the best I have used. The scent is not particularly good and my girlfriend reports that it gives her a headache (even when using only 3 drops). All in all, I am disappointed after reading so many fantastic reviews of this oil. I have moved on in my search for an everyday beard oil.
