I honestly don't know where to start. There are so many honest things that I'm going to say about both The Company and Their Equipment. Both are Excellent! Mike- Go Fitness is so considerate in every way! No, I'm not getting paid to sponsor this company nor their product. I'm just a verified customer, who now has various Resistant Pound Super Pushdown Bars from GoFitness (I absolutely love their Equipment!) To get into these items: PROS: 1. You will get great workouts from these! Especially, when you use them correctly! 2. They are Engineered very well! They are very sturdy! They will last for quite a while for sure! 3. The exercises you can perform with these are multiple! A variety of muscles on your upper body and your abs, shoulders, chest, back and arms, Etc... can be developed with this Equipment! CONS: There are none at all. Mike- Go Fitness.. As long as I've been on Amazon- Which goes back some years. I've honestly never came across any Seller like Mike. His Business Model: His Moral and Ethics are Supreme! He really puts his heart and his soul into making sure that his customers are satisfied. He will even sacrifice! Just to make it happen! He is such a Sincere Minded Vessel. I simply haven't encountered any other Seller like him before. This is the unadulterated Truth! I'm going to be suggesting this item to other people. Attention: Anyone whose reading this review: I assure you, that investing in this equipment will be well worth your money and your time. Your body will appreciate it! I've Pushdown Bars from two other Companies/Sellers. And I'll sincerily say this: Their Equipment is ok. I don't at all knock them. But in truth, they aren't the premium quality of GoFitness SuperPushDown Bars. The springs on those by other companies seem to be lesser in quality when using them. GoFitness made their springs Premium Quality on theirs. Also, GoFitness sends their Equipment in nice boxes that show People on them using their PushDown Bars in various exercising positions. On their boxes, you can also see the various parts of the body that it helps to sculpt on it. The other companies just send theirs in a plain box. You take the equipment out and that is it. Also, GoFitness--Sends you a workout pad with their Equipment! With that pad- It allows you to do ab work, Etc... There are honestly so many perks that come with purchasing from GoFitness... You can't at all go wrong. I highly recommend this product!!! I'm so glad that I now have Several... I give much thanks to Mike! He has gracefully resolved any situation that I had questions about. I hope and pray that his business flourishes!!! He/his company is well deserving of it!!! I know that he will! Because, of how Sincere and Upfront that he is as a Sincere and Honest Business Man!!! He will be blessed! Because of how he is by his actions! The Universal Laws of Cause N Effect are going to Bless him with having a lot of success! I wasn't sure which weight I should get between the 70 lb. or 50 lb. one, so I opted for the 70 lb. one. My first impression after taking it out of the box is that it's pretty big, and feels very strong and durable; it wasn't flimsy and didn't feel cheap at all, as I was a little skeptical of when ordering. So, if you're on the fence about ordering, know that this feels durable and strong, and should be a long-lasting product... The thing you need to figure out when ordering is trying to get the right weight for you. After trying the product out I had a hard time pulling the bars all the way for the chest exercise. I could still get a work-out, but I was hoping to be able to consistently get a full extension when using. The item came with a card that said if the resistance is too much or too little, to send an email and they will take care of you... So, I contacted customer service and told them the resistance for the 70 lb. bar was a bit too much for me, and around 24 hours later they responded back and told me they would ship out the 50 lb. bar. So, the 50 lb. bar arrived just a few days later, and it's easier to use and I can get a full extension on the chest exercise, but it's still pretty strenuous; or at least it is for me. But I think the more I use it, the stronger I'll get, therefore the easier it will be to use... I honestly think they should make a 30 lb. bar, as I think that would still provide a strong workout for some; at the very least it would be a great tool to use for toning-up. I have suggested this to customer service, and they said they will take that into consideration. I think this company is trying to produce a product that will eventually become a common household product, and with some adjustments, such as a 30 lb. bar being added to the store, I could see that happening.

This is a decent workout gizmo. Provides a good pump in the chest and in the upper arms and shoulders. It’s solid and sturdy enough for its intended use. That being said for the price this device should have a little higher grade molded plastic on it and should not make as much noise as it does when compressing it. Not a huge deal breaker just a few things to consider before spending 80 dollars for the strongman version(90lbs). It does not provide as much of a mind to muscle connection as power twister bars but does have another way of activating the muscles differently imo. All in all I like it but probably wouldn’t of bought it out of my own pocket if I didn’t have the reward points to cover the cost.

Seems to be working, but the spring system is kind of loud but otherwise it’s worth it for the fast workout it provides my chest and arms feel stronger already and it’s only been about two weeks.

Go Fitness Push Down equipment is a great upper body excerciser, made with quality materials, its lightweight and you can take it anywhere. I rate this product 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ I'm a 205 lbs person that can bench press 315 lbs and have purchased the 90 lbs resistance exerciser. I have to say it can be challenging on certain exercises like the curls and chest squeeze. But it's perfect and it give you that pump and burn that you want from a good exercise equipment. I recently obtain the 110 lbs resistance exerciser and it is a real challenge that I need to work my way up to. My friends who are heavy weight powerlifters love the 110 lbs resistance exerciser. Which these guys are monsters and this pro resistance level was made for them. The Resistance Level Break Down • If you want a deep and high repetition. for that bodybuilding burn...Get the 70 lbs resistance. • Get the 90 lbs if you want a challenge in strength and/or graduated from the 70 lbs resistance level. • If you are a heavy weight powerlifter that want to go into Beast mode, get the 110 lbs level of resistance. Note: These powerlifters who tried the 110 lbs level of resistance benched well over 400 + lbs that can compress the Go Fitness exerciser to it's full contraction which I have to say is no joke. Anyways, I hope that this can help those in choosing the right resistance level when purchasing this item. Overall, Go Fitness is an outstanding company that provides a quality product in their push down exerciser. Their customer service is #1 and they will respond back to you quickly if you have any issues with your exerciser. Refer to their customer service card included in the box. I purchased this item a few months ago and wanted to give enough time before passing judgment on the purchase. First, the item is solid and very well thought out. It targets the areas very effectively. Also, it has a very small footprint, which makes it even better for small workout areas. Simply put, the machine provides adequate resistance and that's what it was designed to do. In addition, the company is top notch, in my experience. I encountered an issue early on with my purchase (through no fault of the company), and the company went above and beyond to exceed my expectations in addressing the issue. I would HIGHLY recommend this item to anyone looking to add a unique, high quality piece of resistance equipment to their workout arsenal!

I have been resistance training for over 40 years, primarily with weights. But every so often I like to mix it up just for the mental break and novelty of trying something different. This exerciser fits the bill. A different way of training the chest and bi/triceps, not as useful for back, but versatile enough for a good work out. The unit is well made, sturdy and comfortable to use. Beware of the resistance level advertised. I consider myself strong - but 70 lbs. is a lot! Especially when you consider most of the exercises are going to be done with 1 arm (biceps, triceps, shoulders, etc.) I would check the ego and go one level lower then you think. For an average man who has not done much resistance training I would definitely look at the 50 lb. resistance. Also, I cannot say enough about the company's customer service, they really worked with me to get the right resistance. Thank you Gofitness!
