Aciai is a great flavor for Hi-Chew lovers.
I was very excited to see these, well this flavor that is, and added to my cart right away. There is a lot of concern about getting "authentic" Hi-Chews, so I wanted to check mine carefully. There was a slight difference with the wrapper of the aciai chews, it didn't feel as aluminum as the other standard flavors and the nutrition info on the back looked different; see pics. You can see the wrapper differences between the standard flavors and the aciai flavor. I also included pictures of the back where the nutritional info was put, though both items were made in Taiwan. But after opening one (and you Hi-Chew addicts out there know that there's nothing like pulling on that little red string to open a fresh pack. You know what I'm taking about.) the wrapper looked normal but then I see the actual chew and it's actually purple on the outside and white in the center! See the pics I added comparing to grape (the acai on the left and the grape is on the right). The only reason, well two reasons, I could think they'd do this is to be able to tell the difference between the grape flavor and the acai as well as to show off the acai mix, which has real "Chia" seeds. The pictures of the chew both on the box and package show the purple on the outside. Now to the good stuff.... The chew itself. They're very soft and sweet. Just what you should expect from Hi-Chew. The flavor of the acai is there and the chia seeds add just a little, tiny bit of tartness, a nice little surprise. These are fast becoming my favorite flavor. I'd recommend these and I'm definitely buying them again.

Tastes just like what I buy at store
I was a bit wary to buy these after seeing some negative reviews, but I’m glad I did because they taste fantastic. Just like what I get at the store, which are never available these days. I got the açaí flavor. Soft, chewy and not past expiration date. Wish they had dragon fruit!
