The real deal - authentic.
These are delicious and I have been addicted for decades. Unfortunately, they are “Mangelware” in the US, hence the elevated price. (I think they are half the price in Switzerland, but since we can not travel...). They were fresh: the chocolate didn’t have that white sheen of dried chocolate, there was pistachio marzipan inside. I haven’t been able to find the dark chocolate ones (these were milk), but these will work when you have “cravings”.

Why so expensive?
Love the taste of these being a marzipan lover. BUT, they are getting to be way to expensive. Also, I miss the hazelnut that they used to put in the centers. Still tasty, but for me, special occasions only.

Great candies!
I bought these for my husband for our anniversary. He's from Bavaria and they are one of his favorite candies. Normally if you buy them out here, they are old and taste dried out. These were fresh and you could even taste the alcohol in them, you can't taste the alcohol in them when they are old. They make a great gift and I will order them again in the future!

candy not good. Tasted old and the center was nothing like what I brought when in Vienna Austria . The center was hard . Nasty

I am not a marzipan fan. Otherwise if you are these are good, bit pricey but…

Great flavor, disappointing package
Love the flavor and the freshness( though can’t find any expiration date on the box) it’s expensive but worth to buy. Hope the seller care more about the package. My box was torn in the back. No problem for me to consume but not nice to present.
