No, it's only suitable for pens/pencils or make up brushes. However, Amazon sell the OSCO Faux Leather 5 Part Remote Organiser in different colours. I can tell you that the OSCO faux leather products are beautifully made and don't look a bit fake or tacky.

Not sure I understand the question, but if you mean do you get a selection of pens with the pot, then no you don't. You are buying the pot only.

No, the base is not the same material as the outside which a faux leather. It is the same material as the inside of the pot, a lighter brown type of faux suede.
