Not your keys, not your crypto. Keep it safe and your seed phrases safe. Not to sound libertarian but it’s better than the alternative where they (banks) only insure 250k of your money and can be controlled by the government

Q: What would happen if the company Ledger went bankrupt?

That is actually not that likely during your lifetime (since the designers of the device want to use it for their own needs as well); but if they announce they no longer support the device, you can transfer your tokens to a new device from another company? Also, in the future phones will have secure storage that will allow this same type of key storage via an app on your phone. How cool is that?!

Q: Can i move my bitcoin from coinbase to the nano x? i can’t figure it out for the life of me. just got the nano x today.

The simple answer is "yes". You will need to download the Ledger Live app. There are versions for Android and Windows. Ledger has some good tutorials. I found the tutorials quite helpful. Ledger advises you to send small amounts from Coinbase to your Nano X and from NanoX back to Coinbase. Also, you need to download the Bitcoin app to your Nano. This is done through the Ledger Live.
